In order to bring the best expertise together to optimize the development of MSAR, Quadrise Canada has strategic alliances and ownership positions with several companies that each offer unique expertise. Below is a listing describing the expertise these companies bring and the type of relationship we have with them.
Akzo Nobelnv based in Arnhem, The Netherlands is a large international chemical company with extensive experience in hydrocarbon emulsion technology. Akzo Nobel nv holds patents on the proprietary chemistry involved in the production of MSAR. Quadrise Canada holds an exclusive license from Akzo Nobel nv for the MSAR technology in Canada.
Clean Energy Systems, Inc is based in Rancho Cordova, California and specializes in the design and manufacture of oxygen fired combustion systems. Using rocket engine technology, CES has developed combustion equipment that burns MSAR and can be used to drive zero emission power plants.
Denimo Tech A/S is based in Odense, Denmark and is owned 87 percent by Quadrise Canada. The company specializes in the design and fabrication of proprietary emulsion processing equipment and is the exclusive supplier of the company’s MSAR Manufacturing Unit (MMU) used for the manufacture of MSAR fuel.
Paxton Corporation is based in Calgary, Alberta and provides services to the energy industry for the generation of electrical power, the manufacture of carbon dioxide for enhanced oil recovery and carbon dioxide sequestration.

Quadrise Fuels International is an independent publicly traded company on the AIM stock exchange in London England. Quadrise Canada has agreements with QFI to develop and operate several projects that will manufacture and consume MSAR in various locations worldwide.
